Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ss44 platform in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all supplementary policies, guidelines, and rules published by ss44 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account if you hold one.

ss44 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

To register for and use an ss44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute — there are no exceptions and no temporary waivers.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended ss44 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to the individual player.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ss44 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.

ss44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including at the time of registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at any point during the operation of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in account restriction or closure.

To use the full features of ss44, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. The following rules govern your ss44 account:

• You may hold only one account on ss44. If duplicate accounts are detected, ss44 may close all but one account and any bonuses obtained through duplicate registration will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username, password, and any verification codes). You must not share these with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ss44 immediately at [email protected]. ss44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.
• ss44 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

ss44 accounts are for personal use only. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the ss44 platform on behalf of a human player is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

Deposits

ss44 accepts deposits via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from supported Bangladeshi banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ss44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

• Deposits are credited to your ss44 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. For bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, this typically occurs within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–24 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times.
• ss44 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for a deposit before processing any associated withdrawal. This is a standard fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Deposits made using funds originating from illegal sources, including but not limited to proceeds of crime, will be immediately frozen, reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ss44 wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–5 business days. ss44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements associated with each bonus are detailed in the individual bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
• ss44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, match fixing, abuse of bonuses, or any other breach of these Terms.

ss44 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, have restricted accounts, or who are in breach of these Terms are not eligible for bonuses.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• ss44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already actively in play in a player's account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal regardless of outcome, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

ss44 does not guarantee that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria and may be targeted to specific player segments. Players who do not receive a particular promotion are not entitled to claim it as a right.

ss44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ss44 players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately or increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but gaming and deposit functions are suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ss44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets, or communicating with counterparts in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other stage of account use.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct towards other players, ss44 staff, or live dealer personnel via any communication channel on the platform.

ss44 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct rules. ss44's determination in this regard is final and binding.

All content on the ss44 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of ss44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ss44 platform without the express prior written permission of ss44.

The ss44 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ss44. Any unauthorised use of these trade marks is prohibited and may give rise to claims for passing off, trade mark infringement, or other intellectual property-related causes of action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ss44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ss44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if ss44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ss44 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ss44 is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions to the platform due to technical maintenance, third-party provider outages, or internet connectivity issues outside ss44's reasonable control.

ss44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the funding of an account using proceeds of crime.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ss44.
• Discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 of these Terms, including discovery of underage gambling.

Upon permanent account closure at ss44's instigation, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any void or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ss44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ss44, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ss44 uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest.

ss44 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers (including payment processors and gaming software providers) where strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, and only under data processing agreements that require those parties to maintain confidentiality and apply appropriate security measures.

ss44 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes the rights or obligations of players — ss44 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via the contact information held on the player's account before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ss44 operates as an online gaming platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and efficiently.
